DARING TO BE DIFFERENT

We dare do tours that other agencies do not offer; our rationale is that, being a voluntary agency, where everyone’s doing this out of sheer passion for travelling - and helping others in THEIR travels - we have nothing to lose by thinking crazy. We are not constrained by the insistency of profit margins or vague notions of “rest time” that conventional tour agencies have. When you hire us, we are yours, 24/7. We do NOT have working hours; we work ALL hours for you, unless you specifically contraindicate. We are perfectly capable of disappearing immediately on request, if you need private time. 

FULL FLEXIBILITY 

You can pick and mix tours from the few standard tours we offer, coupled with one of the more specialist offerings. Each tour includes a rough timeframe, including the town from which said tour will originate, to allow you to do budget planning. Tell us exactly how much time rest you would desire between items on an itinerary, and we will work it in; unlike conventional agencies, we UNDERSTAND the value of rest and recharge time to fully enjoy a holiday; conversely, if you are the go-getter travel type, we have boundless reserves of energy that will help US go on all day, in your service.

VARYING DEGREES OF INTERVENTION 

We are a flexible agency – we can do everything for you up to plane ticket purchases, or you may just require our services on the ground, preferring to settle accommodation and transport on your own. Either way, our policy is - we do all you ask us to. We will fulfill your every wish and demand, be at your beck and call – our staff are trained to deal with any sudden whims or changes in plan, and have been conditioned to always think of the next best option. Just in case.

TIGHT BUDGETING

Inform us to what extent your budget will stretch, and we will plan accordingly. Tell us what your priorities are, what your must-sees are, what aspects of a tour you are willing to compromise on, given a finite amount of money and infinite touring desires, and we will deliver you a quotation that saves money, both on YOUR and OUR part, where you have indicated cutting costs is acceptable.

POLICY ON ALTERATIONS

We are different from other tour agencies – we have supreme flexibility. As long as that item or trip on the itinerary has not been paid for (or you are willing to sacrifice any amount of money already paid on it), we can, on the spot, arrange an alternative that will certainly leave you wanting more.

POLICY ON BOOKINGS

There are many items on our itineraries that we book way ahead in advance, either to get good prices or to ensure a tour will operate; any money you have paid us that has not been handed over to an external third party CAN be refunded in full, no questions asked, if you have last-minute alterations. Unfortunately, we CANNOT refund you money that has already been paid to third parties; we can, however, help you find replacements, but do not gurantee success.
